Our season start is Monday, September 16th, 2024 .
Skate fitting Will be available September 4, 9, 11 or 14th (or the Monday prior to your Introduction to Speed Skating Session)
If you register on or after November 1st your registration for the remainder of the seaons will be pro-rated based on your registration date.
All membership fees are non-refundable
We do offer payment plans (3 equal payments for the season) and allow members to join mid-season at a pro-rated rate, based on the date of membership. Please contact registration to make arragements.
Our fees include skate rentals and all necessary equipment for first year skaters.
IceReg charges a seperate admin/processing fee for all transactions.
Speed Skating Ontario (SSO) & Speed Skating Canada fees are not included and will be added during your registration process. Their fees are:
With the exception of Fundamental and Intro members, the MSSC membership categories include the SSO/SSC competitive skater membership as we expect that skaters will compete as least once in a season. Members will be required to upgrade memberships and pay the difference in fee if they move from one category to another. There is no difference in MSSC fees.

The Milton Speed Skating Club was formed in 2004 by a dedicated group of individuals who wanted to see children participate in and eventually become competitive in the sport of speed skating. Our club caters to Youth, 5-18 years of age, but will accept older members and has a family rate plan if parents want to skate with their children. We offer speed skating for people located in Milton, Acton, Burlington, Georgetown, Oakville, Mississauga, and Halton Hills.
